Will this really save me time and increase revenue?+

How long does setup take?+

What happens if I exceed my plan limits?+

We'll notify you when you're approaching your limits (equipment items or staff users). You can upgrade to Pro anytime with one click. Your data stays intact, and you get immediate access to unlimited equipment and additional features. No data loss, no downtime.

Is there a free trial?+

Yes! Start with our free Starter plan (no credit card required) to test the system and its core features. When you're ready for more features, upgrade to Pro with a 30-day free trial. Try it risk-free.

Can I cancel anytime?+

Absolutely. Cancel anytime, no questions asked. You can export all your data before you go. We're confident you'll love Divemaster, but we don't believe in locking you in. Monthly plans can be cancelled immediately, annual plans remain active until the end of your billing period.

What payment methods do you accept?+

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and debit cards. Payments are processed securely through Paddle, our payment and subscription management platform. For annual plans or enterprise solutions, we can also arrange bank transfers.

Is my data secure?+

Yes. We use bank-level encryption (SSL/TLS) for all data transmission and storage. All data is backed up daily and stored in secure, geographically distributed data centers. We are following GDPR and take data privacy very seriously.

Can I import my existing data?+

Yes! You can import equipment, courses, and customer data from spreadsheets (CSV, Excel). We also provide migration support if you're switching from another system. Our support team can help ensure a smooth transition.

Do you offer training or support?+

Yes! Although the system is highly intuitive and straightforward, we offer personalized onboarding sessions to help you get started.

Can multiple staff members use the system?+

Yes! The Starter plan includes 2 staff user, and the Pro plan includes 5 staff users. Each staff member gets their own login with customizable permissions. You can control who can manage equipment, bookings, customers, and settings.

What happens to my data if I cancel?+

You can export all your data before canceling. We provide easy data export in standard formats (CSV, Excel). Your data will be available for 30 days after cancellation, giving you plenty of time to download everything you need.

Is there a mobile app?+

While we don't have a native mobile app yet, DiveMaster is fully responsive and works great on tablets and smartphones. You can access all features from any device with a web browser. A native mobile app is on our roadmap for future releases.
